We recently migrated our entire site from to a new Hosting Company (SiteGround) Also during the last week or so we’ve updated to the latest version of WordPress (currently 4.5.2) I don’t know exactly when this happened but we can no longer ADD new Connections records (we get the “ERROR: Entry could not be added.” message.) We can still EDIT existing records. I tried “deactivating” & “reactivating” the plugin to see if that might reset things but didn’t help. I was reluctant to delete and reinstall the plugin for fear of losing our existing data. Please advise what we can to to correct the error. Thank-you.
The only time I see this happen is if the database structure is not correct. Though you should get the error on both add and edit. I highly recommend not making any more edits.
I can take a look, but I’ll need a temp admin account. You can send the log in details here as a private reply.
You somehow had a mixed install of Connections. Some files were pre 8.5.5 while others where the current version, 8.5.14. Reinstalling fixed the issue.
