ParticipantI am all of a sudden getting the following error message on my site:
ERROR: Connections must be installed and active in order use Connections CSV Import.Can you tell me how to fix this?

Somehow, Connections was either uninstalled or deactivated. You should reinstall ort activate Connections. Here’s the link to the doc page which explains how to install Connections.

Will I lose all of my data if I reinstall the plugin?No, your data is safe in the database. I would suggest speaking with your web host to see if they have a script that automatically removed Connections for some reason.
re: I tried to install this and got the following error:
Whatever removed Connections, left the folder WordPress installs it into. WordPress will not install into an existing folder.
To resolve this, log into your site with FTP.
Navigate to the
../wp-content/plugins/
folder.Delete the
connections
folder.You will now be able to install Connections normally.

ParticipantI removed the folder and reinstalled the plugin and everything is working now. That was very strange. Thanks!
