ParticipantHi, I just did the update and I have an error showing on the backend of WordPress : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘utilisateur’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/ccirr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/settings/class.settings.php(149) : runtime-created function on line 1 Everything seems to work fine, but can you look at this please? Attached is the php file.
I re installed the last version for the moment.

Hmmm… this is third third report of this today even though the code has not change between this and the last version. [Another user even went thru the trouble of comparing the two versions to determine that](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/parse-error-syntax-error-in-classsettingsphp).So far the only common denominator between two of the three is the French translation is being used. I am assuming your are using the French translation based on the error message. Is my assumption correct? If that is the case, I did just update the French translation this last update… I might know what the fix is.

Thanks for confirming, that helps! Look for the 8.5.4 update. I’m 100% sure that’ll fix the syntax error as I was able to replicate the error when I loaded the French translation. I’m going to mark this as resolved for now.
Apologies for the trouble!
