GuestI noticed that Connections (cPlus & Slim) displayed in an erratic manner. And I realized that my licenses for both had expired, so I re-purchased both and installed them as plug-ins. They went well. I’ve deleted the old ones. The problem is they still don’t displayed as desired.
By the way I’m using them on our site for organization. You may check on them on http://www.sssinternational.net, under Worldwide menu. I made the following modifications on the codes:
[connections category='Provreg' enable_search='false' enable_category_select='false' str_contact="Superior" str_bio_show="Show Community Houses" str_bio_hide="Close" str_bio_head="Community Houses" str_home_phone="Tel." str_home_fax="Fax" str_work_phone="Office Tel." str_work_fax="Office Fax" map_frame_height=300]
Category ‘Provreg’ has only 15 entries. Connections however displays entries that do not belong to the said category, seemingly all entries instead. The format is also erratic, the data are displayed in an ugly continuous format.
I use Slim template to display other organization (community houses) in the Bio section.
The design went well for sometime until recently these problems surface.
Can you help me resolve the problem?

Keymaster@ Justin
I see a few issues…
First, the category shortcode option only takes category ID/s not the names. After that is corrected, I’m confident that the correct categories will be displayed.
Second, the
../wp-content/connections_templates/slim
folder still exists so the new version of the template is loading that, as a custom version, instead of the new version like it should. You need to delete that folder.Third and lastly, it seems the core CSS file is not being loaded. The reason is like that the option has been disabled on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab. If you re-enable the CSS option, that should fix the display issue.
I think after these items are addressed, thing will be fine. Let me know. Hope this helps!
