    Hi Stephen,

    I purchase the Pro pack, and I trying to find the short codes for entry form, so that I can use it on my custom page.

    The shortcode for the Form extension is [connections_form] however this shortcode is deprecated and no longer supported which is why you will find no documentation on it. It is only provided as backward compatibility for those still using it. What you should do instead is go to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Display tab. Under the Results List Actions section you can enable the link which will add the “Submit New Entry” link as explained on the installation page.

    Thanks Stephen also one more question how can I change the field names in the entry submission form ?

    @ Ravinder

    Please see this QuickTip. That will work for most of the field names in Form. There are a few Form specific strings so if the one you are trying to change does not change, then try again using connections_form as the text domain.
