    Hi there,

    There is an entry within my Business Directory that exists within the digital magazine directory and is visible online. However, when I go to ‘manage’ in Connections, to make changes to it, it is nowhere to be found. I’ve done a search by name, and narrowed down the category to find it. It’s just not there!

    Which entry specifically?

    Please try this… Navigate to the Connections : Manage admin page.
    In the top left set all three dropdowns so they show all and click the filter button.

    Can you now find the entry?

    Thank you for that. I tried, but stil cannot see it. The entry is Jonathon Graham Piper for Hire (in Weddings & Events)

    I’ve used that link to login! I like it, I may have to recommend using this plugin going forward when admin access is needed!

    I navigated to the Manage admin page and filtered by the wedding & event category. The Graham, Jonathon entry was the very first result followed by the remaining 6.

    Is this the entry you cannot see?

    Okay, stop press!!!
    I see that somehow that is on show ‘organisations’ in error. When clicked ‘all’ i could see it. Apologies, I’m being very stupid.
