Steven, Thank you for designing everything that I’ve been searching for!
I believe that I have followed the directions correctly because I’m looking forward to purchasing the add on templates but I can’t get the basic program to show on the front end. I see it on the back end so I think I’m almost there.
Could I ask your help to determine the one think I might be doing incorrectly?

Sounds like you need to add the Connections shortcode to a page to display the directory. See step 4 in the QuickStart.
If you did that, if you copy pasted the shortcode from a webpage, that could cause the shortcode to not work, see this QuickTip on working with shortcodes.
Let me know if that solves it or not.
