GuestWe see a count of 8 when viewing the employee category we have created but all employees have disappeared from the manage section …. none are visible… Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Go to the Connections : Manage admin page. Right under the heading “Connections : Manage” you will see three drop downs. Change each one of these to “All…” and then click the “Filter” button. Lastly, right above those drop downs, there are three links, click the “All” link. You will now see everything that has been entered in the admin.
re: site speed…
I’ve been on it a good check of the day, its been fine for me. Likely it is the path that your ISP routes the traffic thru. The major ISP have not been upgrading their interconnect equipment causing massive packet losses which cases everything to become slow… personally I have some choice words for ISP/s… unfortunately, we as their customers are not able to file class action suits for breach of contract because we “agreed” to not sue by using their service.

GuestThank you, I understand how the filters work and have tried that. What I’m seeing is that there are actually no entries, I see All (0) …. which would usually indicate the number of etnries regardless of filters … When I go to the Categories, it is giving me the correct count, however, of 6 …. When I click on the 6 to view, it takes me to the empty manage section ….

I would need a temp admin account to take a closer look to see why.
