GuestIn the manage tab, under one of my letters, only have the entries show up. The problem is confined to that one letter, and the number of entries is correct at the top (I added one to see if it would show up– the counter added an entity, but the entity itself is not visible. It appears the display box listing the entities is broken– any thoughts? I can’t edit the entities (or delete them).

Hmmm, impossible to tell from the screenshot what the cause is. If you can give me a temp admin account, I’ll log in debug and fix.

The issue was that the irish beer image was huge … when Connections was trying to create the thumbnail the image size would cause PHP to run out of memory and just stop processing the page.
I downloaded the original image and reuploaded a smaller version. All is good now!
If you have a moment, I would truly appreciate a review as they really do make a difference. Many thanks in advance!

GuestThanks Steven!
Another quick question– I chose this particular template for this client because it was the one they said was used to build: http://www.hispanic-contractors.org/membership/directory/
The client really liked the layout with the entity name in bold to the left— but I’m not seeing that option? Is there a way to do that that I am missing, or is it no longer an option with this template?

The template was based off of cMap, it is not cMap because it was customized to meet their requirements. If you know a bit of PHP you could create a custom template override file.
I hope that helps!
Let me know when your site directory goes live … I’ll link to it.
