GuestThe top of the screen says I have 76 entries, but only one of them show on the Manage screen. If I click on one of the alphabet letters, the entries are filtered and it gives me a count, but still no entries are displayed except for one of the “A” entries.

The first thing to do is make sure you have the list filtered by all entry statuses. Then make sure the category, type and visibility filters are set to show all.
Hope that helps, let me know.

GuestYes, the list is filtered by all entry statuses. (It says 76 entries and says it is displaying the first 50 of 76 entries.) Only 1 entry displays
The category, type and visibility filters are all set to show all.
This appears to be a “bug”.

Maybe, there are none that I am aware of so this will require a bit more debugging. Before that, click the Unapprove link for the entry being displayed and make sure the list is filtered by the Approved status. What happens?

GuestThe entry disappears… When I filter by “Moderate”, I can see it again on that page. It show 76 entries; 75 of them are “approved”, and 1 is “Moderate.

The entry disappears… then, do any of the other show? If you provide an admin login I can take a look. Details can be posted here as a private reply.

Nope, not a db problem. It’s a memory problem that you’ll have to discuss with your host. It seems the memory allocated to PHP is being exhausted so the thumbnails for you images can not be created. This happens for one of two reasons…
The host is actually “hard” limiting the memory to a value less than what you have set. PHP will still happily report the value set even though it is not available.
The other reason is large multi-mega pixel images were uploaded instead of more web friendly resolutions. Processing multi-megabyte can very easy exhaust the memory PHP has.
What I’ve done is edited the plugin on your site so it no longer shows an image on the Manage screen so it works now.
My first suggestion, is log into your site with FTP, navigate to the
../wp-content/uploads/connections-images/
folder. Download the original image for each entry, downsize them and upload the downsized version overwriting the original.03/17/2016 at 6:04 pm #369593Peggy Lusk
