Experiencing a problem where all entries are disappearing. This happened a few days ago. During the day the plugin entries were showing normally however the next day they were not showing on the front end and on the backend under manage, all the entries were gone. A backup of the site was restored and it looked like it was working fine however this happened again today.
Can you grant me a temp admin account before you do any restoring so I can take a closer look? It is very likely that a restore is unnecessary.
Thanks, we’ve had to restore it as it was important to have the information online. We have updated all the plugins (they were a version old) so we are hoping that resolves it. If it happens again, then we’ll let you right away before restoring it.

I’m having the same problem. They were fine when I finished work on Friday and now they have all disappeared after an update. Help appreciated.
