ParticipantI already tacked this onto an older thread, but I’ll ask again here. Can I use the CSV Import plugin to populate the Employment date field?
I’ve been using the Anniversary field, but I really want to show the employee’s start date with the actual year (e.g. 6/1/2007), not their next upcoming anniversary.
The Employment date does appear to do what I want when I update it manually in the Manage interface. But I have 400+ employees so I’d really love to be able to use CSV Import for this field!

Not currently. However, if you attach your CSV file here as a private reply I’ll make sure they are no issues when importing using an alpha version that I have in development which does support all the date types. If it works as it should, I’m sure it will, I can send you a copy to do your import. Will that work?

Try the attached version of the CSV Import.
A couple things to note…
1. It doesn’t have the code to support importing IM and social media yet, but this shouldn’t impact the data you’re importing.
2. Make sure you triple check your mapping before you click that import button. There is not a chance to confirm. I think I would even suggest importing only 5 in the first round just to make sure everything looks as expected, then import the remainder.Attachments:
