GuestI have the Slim Plus template with ROT13 extension and CSV Upload extension. Not using Contact extension. I noticed the work email was not displaying and the only answer I found on the forums was to deactivate the Contact extension (which we don’t have).
Just to see, I deactivated the ROT13 extension. Now the emails display.
Question – our website requires a login to view, so do I really need the ROT13 extension?
If so, how can I make the email address display? Thanks!

If it requires a login to view, then no it is not needed.
RE: I deactivated the ROT13 extension. Now the emails display.
I suspect the cause is a fatal javascript error on the site which is preventing scripts which are to run after the error can not. Navigate to the page using Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab to review the errors.
Another possible cause is that you might be using a caching plugin which has added a defer script loading option. The ROT13 script can not be deferred. So if you have a caching plugin and have enabled its defer script loading option, make sure you exclude the ROT13 script.
Hope this helps, let me know.

I guess that is it. The following errors appear on the Console tab after I reactivated ROT13:
Uncaught ReferenceError: cnROT13 is not defined
(this error appeared twice).
I have no idea what that means, but I am not worried about it since I don’t need the extension. But for curiosity’s sake I would like to figure it out.

That indicates that WP is either not loading the ROT13 script or a caching plugin is being used and it is being deferred. I would need access to be any more specific. Hope this helps!
