Should all emails send by the system come up in the email logs?
I do see mails from the Contact extension but I don’t see the Anniversary and Birthday emails in the logs. And I am curious if they are being send ok now to the entries because of the change you made. (see the bottom of this topic https://connections-pro.com/support/topic/parameters-stripped-off-from-customizer-url/ )
Well my birthday is next Saterday, so I will see if I get an email that morning.

It just last last week came to light that there are specific circumstances which may cause email to not be sent. If your directory does not require login to view and the email address is “Public”, the email should send just fine. I feel this is a bug in the core Connections plugin (at this point). I’ll push out an update late this week or mid next week to either Connections or Anniversary and Birthday Email which will correct this.
fyi, a Connections update is being release today. This update will not address this bug.
Also, the Anniversary and Birthday Email will exhibit the same Reply-To header issue that Contact did. I’ll release an update which sets the Reply-To header. Probably next week as this week is getting full.

Unfortunately I am not surprised considering the directory login is required. This definitely was not a bug when the Anniversary and Birthday Email was released. It was introduced as a regression with some core changes within Connections. I’ll be testing a change today with an update planned for Wednesday that should correct this issue.07/25/2018 at 3:33 pm #468408
