I have activated all plugins, however using template Tile Plus, i do not have email displayed neither in the tile block, nor when i open an entry.
i checked the source code and it is set to:

$permittedAtts[‘show_org’] = TRUE;
$permittedAtts[‘show_contact_name’] = TRUE;
$permittedAtts[‘show_family’] = FALSE;

$permittedAtts[‘show_phone_numbers’] = TRUE;
$permittedAtts[‘show_email’] = TRUE;
$permittedAtts[‘show_im’] = TRUE;
$permittedAtts[‘show_social_media’] = TRUE;
$permittedAtts[‘show_dates’] = FALSE;
$permittedAtts[‘show_links’] = TRUE;
However only name and phone, webaddress and links to social media are displayed.
all licenses are activated. all pro pack plugin installed

Deactivate the Contact extension. One of the primary features of that extension is to hide all email addresses, keeping them private. Users are instead presented with a webform on the entry profile detail page to contact the entry. If you do not see that form on the profile detail page, you still need to configure Contact per the documentation.

that is great, it shows right away when i deactivated, then the similar question, which plugin prevents from showing the state and country in the entry?
i need to show the country on the main page of the entries

There is no such plugin. By default Tile Plus does not display the addresses because of the limited space available in the tile. You can enable the display of the addresses by using the show_addresses shortcode option for Tile Plus. Add it to your existing shortcode like this:

[connections show_addresses=true]
