ParticipantI manage a site for a client with Connections plus the Form and Link extensions, all at current versions. I’m seeing a situation where users can not edit their own entries as the Edit My Directory Entry link is malformed. For example, I created a user called Jane Doe. When I click on the Edit My Directory Entry link, I get a page not found error. Inspecting the link, it looks like this:
https://stlpwa.org/members/name//edit/
It appears that the user name part of the URL is missing, which would explain why a 404 error is generated. If I manually edit the URL to included the user name (jane-doe) it does correctly go to the edit screen. Strangely, as an admin if I look at any other member listing, then I am able to click the edit link and go to their edit screen. So it appears to only be happening when a user clicks their own edit link.
At this point I’m mostly just wondering what could be the possible cause for this issue so I can troubleshoot. It appears that virtually all other functions of the Connections plugin is working correctly, so why would this one particular function be failing and what in theory could affect that aspect of this plugin?

I know you’ve said you have all the current versions, but could you let me know the version of Form and Link that you have installed.

Ok, thanks! I asked because the issue you are experiencing was addressed on Link 3.1. I’m not certain why you are having this issue.
I can debug and fix but I’ll need a WP admin login and an FTP login. YOu can post the details here as a private reply.

Ok, This is fixed. It seems I’ve not yet released the version which contains this bug fix. Applying the fix seems to have corrected the issue. Apologies for the trouble!
