Tagged: 0.7.9.5, category, widget pack
Hi Steven,
I would like to display just a list of all of our member categories (i.e. arts, board members, automotive, etc.)
If I can display this list of categories, from there the user could click on “Arts” for example, and be shown all of the entries that are associated with the “arts” category.
I have gone through the shortcodes and I understand how to display entries that are associated with a specific category (by name or id), but not the category name itself.
Does this make sense?
Thanks for your help
@ Larissa
Right now, the only solution I have available in the Widget Pack. It has a widget that outputs a list of categories that can be placed in the theme’s sidebar.
I hope that helps!
Hi Steven,
Is there a corresponding shortcode that goes with that widget? I need to post a list of categories on a page and not on the sidebar.
I have tried using the amr-any-widget-any-page plugin but it returns a bunch of junk.
@ Larissa
Sorry, no, there is not … however, please check your email> I emailed an unreleased extension.
