    Is there a premium template to buy or a shortcode to use in order to display a list of all the available categories? If I wanted four columns with 10 categories in each column, can I just hyper-link those to a page that displays those results.

    My current page is just a list only sortable by clicking on the alphabetical list at the top.

    Sorry, no, the closest is the category widget in the Widget Pack.
