Hi Steve,

Question about additional Business address.  Our directory need to support up to 3 business address.  Question that I have is:

1) Is that possible to display additional address on Map.  Currently only display the first one.

2) How to handle 3 business addresses.  When I upload through csv, the 2nd and 3rd business addresses would replace the 1st business address.  Should I use address 1, 2 and 3?  Is it work on v-card?

3) Also how to handle 2rd the 3rd business phone and fax?

1) Right now, the map only supports showing the initial address, sorry.

2) Importing using the address 1, 2 and three would work fine. Importing as those types, Connections would assign them as the “Other” address type.

3a) Unfortunately the vCard spec is limiting. It only supports Work, Home and Other; so any addresses not of those types would not be included. Even more, the vCard spec can have only one of each type, so multiples of any one type, only one will be in the vCard.

3b) You can add as many phone numbers as you want for any one entry within Connections, however, there is no way to associate a particular phone number to a specific address.

To me, it seems, that maybe the best option is to create an entry for each address.

Regarding the map, is there any other solution? In the admin, I could click on “Geocode” button to open each Map. Could I apply the same logic to website? We really need this option, please advise.
