ParticipantWe really need some help. We have a link that has to be removed from our negative rating system but they still appear in google search. The member was moved from f-rating to A-rating once they resolved an issue but it still is appearing in google. How can we resolved this matter. Google says that the links is still active.

Log into your Google Webmaster Console and remove the links…otherwise you just have to wait until Google crawls your site and then decides to remove the link from its index.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantWe did but google denied because they said that the links still exists. We have a service that crawls our sites daily. Is there a way to have the link show a 404 page because it doesn’t exists? The way it looks link is that the link actually works because there is content.

ParticipantAlso we are getting this message.
The URL you want to remove is:
http://ccasite.org/members/f-rating/name/vip-professional-services-llc/
We think the web page you’re trying to remove hasn’t been removed by the site owner.
Before Google can remove it from our search results, the site owner needs to take down or update the content.Has the web page been updated or removed at source website?

What is the exact shortcode you are using on this page: http://ccasite.org/members/f-rating/
What factor are you using to separate the A+ entries from the F entries?

Participant[connections category=19 1='style="font-family:' 2="'Courier" 3='3='New';">exclude_category='3''' enable_category_select='FALSE'] This is f Rating

The immediate issue I see is that you have HTML within the shortcode which can cause issues when WordPress attempt to parse it. Edit your page and switch the editor to the Text tab.
Your shortcode should be:
[connections category=19 exclude_category=3 enable_category_select='FALSE']
Does that help?
