We recently updated to version 8.2.7 and now the Directory listings are not rendering properly http://visiteldorado2.wpengine.com/stay/. Have you seen this before? can you help?

I just visited the page in several browsers… I can not see anything wrong. Maybe you need to force refresh your browser???

Participantodd. I’ve done a refersh and cleared the cache, plus visiting the same page from my iphone. all with the same outcome (see attached screenshot). Thoughts?

When I visit the page… I see the page and interact with it just fine, multiple browsers, mobile phone too. They isn’t any way we could be looking at different pages using the same URL is there? As maybe I’m viewing a “public” version where as you are viewing a “private/dev” version. This is the link I’m visiting:

Hmmm… well this is very odd. I visited using numerous browsers on various devices, on all I can see and interact with the page just fine.
There are only two scenarios I can think of.
- We are somehow seeing two different pages.
- This only happens when logged into the WP admin. Are you logged in when viewing the page? If you are try logging out. Let me know what you find.
Home you looked at the PHP error logs on the server? They might reveal something that could help debug the issue.

Participanton this end I am still getting a blank screen when viewing the page. when I disable the Connections plugin I can see the page again (screen shot attached). I haven’t looked at PHP error logs. Where would I find those?

Just to close the loop here – it looks like I had an error in the category #’s. I was able to other pages with single categories. Once I went back in and confirmed the category #’s were correct – I was able to view the main STAY page again. THanks for your suggestions and patience.
