    I have version  0.7.3.5 of Connections installed as well as the Connections form. The form still works however the directory will not display on any of its pages. Please let me know what I can do.

    @ Jessica

    The error message says the template can not be found. I see it is a custom template,  please try activating any random template, very the directory shows and then reactivate your custom template.
