    I apologize in advance for the question. I am trying to figure out how i can display the directory listing by department head:

    For Example:

    John Smith – Mayor (this should be at the top)
    Mayor & Trustees

    Mary Apple – Trustee (should be under the Mayor in alphabetical order)

    Bob Ball – Trustee ( should also be under the Mayor and Trustee Deparment in alphabetical order)

    Joe Smoe – Police Chief
    Police Department

    Adam Cuffs – Police officer (should be listed under Police Chief within the Police Department.

    Thanks in advance for your help – I believe i am using the free version but will be happy to invest in the plugin.

    Perhaps you are looking for the order_by shortcode option. It has an option to shortcode by department.

    Thanks very much. I appreciate the quick turn around. I figured it out using the shortcodes.

    Next problem I have is that i am unable to customize the default entry card 3.0 template. I would like to add a bio to that card?

    When i click on customize –> it takes me to the the theme customization and i am unable to do any customization for the current connections entry card.

    Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

    Have you set the directory home page? And, does that page have the Connections shortcode on it?
