    We recently migrated our WordPress sites to different servers and in the process changed our dev sites url from http://dev.smcweb/wordpress to just http://devsmcweb. On the connections website I deactivated the dev site in hopes of re-add the new one but there doesn’t seem to be that option. I now seemed to remember having to contact connections support and having them add the dev site. Would you be able to add our new dev site url?

    You can always manage your own license on your purchase history page under the licenses tab. See this FAQ, the “License Activated on Another Site” section on how to manage a license that was activated on another site.

    After you follow the instructions in the FAQ you will be able to activate the license on your site on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab.

    I have manually deactivate the site you license for you. To activate on you new dev site navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Licenses tab, enter your support license key and then click the Activate button.
