ParticipantThe information below is what came up when I hit F12 and console. I am not sure if that tells us anything. Also, just FYI, it seems to be displaying “Select a Category on a desktop, but not on a mobile device. I am not sure if that adds a clue? Thanks!

Hmmm… that sounds like the correct behavior to me. On mobile the enhance select drop down is not used in favor of the mobile native select drop down which is optimized for mobile use. So, I’m not sure what the issue is now since it seems to work correctly. Maybe I misunderstood the question?

ParticipantLet me give you an example from the resident directory that I have created.
In the template customization area, I went in and changed the drop down menu to say “Choose Your Community”
I went to test it on a desktop and the drop down menu is labeled “Choose Your Community” as I would like it to.
However, on a mobile device, it says “Show all Categories” and the “Choose Your Community” is on top of that in the menu..

Oh, I see. There is a display bug on mobile. This has been fixed and will the fix will be included in the next update that I’m going to try to push out tomorrow or next week at the latest.
I’m assuming you are suing the cMap template, correct? If you are when you configured the strings for the select make sure you configure both the default select string and the show all category string accordingly.
Apologies for the trouble.
