ParticipantHello,
I will try to be as clear as possible.
In the display settings, I chose “d m Y” which corresponds to a French date presentation (see Attachment).
If I choose to add people entries in administrator mode (see attachment), I go to “add a date”, and use the calendar to indicate it, the result of the date is displayed in the date field as follows: MM / DD / YYYY. If I submit the entry, it is saved and the display is “d m Y”. It’s OK.
On the other hand, if it is a subscriber who has made his / her login / password and decides to add people entries, if he goes on “add a date”, and uses it as I have made the calendar to indicate this, the result of the date is displayed in the date field as follows: DD / MM / YYYY instead of MM / DD / YYYY. If I submit the entry of the person, if DD is less than 13 (Only 12 months in a year) it is well recorded but the display in “d m Y” is not correct ( ex: first of November instead of the eleventh of January); if however DD> = 13 and I submit the entry of the person, the site displays that the data is being processed but in fact they are not saved and the data entered are lost.
It took me a few tries to understand what was happening. No doubt that an American mode, this is not a problem, given the different display format dates.Yours truly

If you would like to test a fix, I can apply it to your site to verify it the fix works as expected. It’s a minor tweak really so it should work just fine. Basically I had to for the YYYY-MM-DD format when adding/editing in order to disambiguate the date.

GuestHere is the information requested above. Totally agree to do the test. Will the change to YYYY / MM / DD be permanent with future updates?

Great, please create a temp admin account using this plugin:

Yes, if testing is successful, this change will be made permanent. I expect the test to correct the issue. This change will only affect when adding or editing an entry. The display date format will still respect what you have in the settings.

GuestI loaded the temporary access plugin. It is activated and I am ready to create this access. To give you temporary access, what email address should I put? Duration: One week (default)?

Since this is just a temp account, use any fake email address. The duration, a couple days is more than enough.

GuestAs announced, sending access to the site privately was considered spam. So put my IP address on your whitelist.

You’ve been whitelisted. fyi, also, posting while logged in will prevent the spam flag.
