ParticipantI purchased the connections plugin and tile template a few years ago (version 7.8). There is no option for an update (connections) on my plugins panel. The only reason I want to upgrade is so I can export email addresses from my connections. What are my options? I have an older version of wordpress because some of the plugins we used are not compatible with latest versions. Look forward to your reply.

Well, I guessing Connections does not show as an update because it requires at least WP 4.1 now… If you can not update WP, then, you can not update to a version of Connections which has the CSV export features. Sorry, but there is really no way around that.
The only option I can think of is to duplicate the site using maybe DesktopServer. Then update WordPress on that duplicate so you can update Connections, then you can use the CSV export.
Probably not the answer you wanted to hear, but I hope it helps!

ParticipantOkay, I have upgraded WordPress and upgraded the connections plugin. Now, all of the details to my listings are blank. Has this happened before? If so, what are my options? I have over 1000 members. My wordpress database is backed up, however I would prefer to figure out a solution to this with both WordPress being updated as well as Connections so I can use the most recent versions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I just visited the site… seems like everything is alright. But I am unable to tell if you rolled back Connections and the db or not.

GuestI figured out it was the tile template I purchased years back. I switched it over to the free template and it works now. Is there any way to get the updated tile template that is compatible with newer versions of the plugin and wordpress? Thanks in advance

Yes, go to your purchase history and you can download the update. You should delete the old version before installing the new. You should also add your support license key to the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab. You can get you key on the purchase history page too. When you activate the support license key on your site, you will receive updates in the WP admin like other plugins.
Hope that helps!
ps. The email address on your account is the same that you used for your last post. Just in case you need that to reset your account password. ;)
