What happens when you mouseover or click the To field? Did you use the links I sent to view the original email header?
Hi Steven,
I was able to see the header thru the message properties and I can see the doctor the message was intended for, so that is good. My question is, is there anyway I can ‘train’ MS outlook to recognize these doctors name within the headers so i can figure out who the message was intended for WITHOUT going into the message properties?

Honestly, I have no clue… perhaps a setting change can be made in the View Settings?
