ParticipantThe client would like to know if it is possible to actually create a different page for the Submit New Entry page. Right now it just seems to be code generated by Connections and borrows from the top of the Members page. They would like to have different content on the Submit New Entry page at the top to give more detailed instructions on how it works and the content is different from what is on the members page.
Also they would like to be able to have the Submit New Entry page actually separate so that some formatting changes can be made to the page so that the entry areas don’t go the entire width of the page. I would put a sidebar on the page to limit the width of the entries.

Is any of this possible?

Yes, you can use the
[connections_form]
shortcode on any page. This will allow a new entry to be submitted from any page. However, this does not allow a registered user to update their entry from that page if you are using Form/Link to permit that. The updating would still have to occur on the main directory page.Does that help?

ParticipantIt certainly does. Thanks for your great support Steven and knowledge of the system you built. There are a few more things to figure out but so far so good.
