GuestI’m looking at purchasing the PRO pack for use with the neighborhood directory that I’m currently curating on behalf of the Griffin Park Owners’ Association. I have a few questions concerning the flexibility of the plugin that I can’t seem to figure out:
Family Relationships: Is it possible to add new relationships (e.g. instead of using specific terms such as Husband, Wife, Daughter, Son; use Adult, Child, or custom field)
[connections] shortcode: Is it possible to have the connections shortcode display only individual records that are not associated with family connections (in addition to the family records)?
Link: Will it be possible to have one WP.org account be able to edit any records associated with a family account? If this isn’t possible now, will it be possible in the future?
CSV import: Is it possible to specify what kind of record an entry is via CSV import (organization, family, individual).I think that’s it for now. Any answers would be extremely helpful.

Apologies for the delay in my reply! I think I must have accidentally removed this message from my reply queue.
For now, the only way to add additional relations is to add them to the code manually.
I’m not 100% sure what you’re asking about the family and individuals, but I think the list_type option might be want you;re looking for.
Currently link does not allow editing beyond the entry the user is linked to. This might be added in the future, but I couldn’t begin to say when. So it would be best not to count on it for now.
During import you can specify the entry type, but only individual and organization. Create a column in your CSV, named type and use “individual” or “organization” to denote the entry type.
I hope that helps.
