The query should be this:
UPDATE 512_connections_term_relationships SET term_taxonomy_id = X WHERE term_taxonomy_id = 1
x
is the actual category ID for Companies
not the category name.
1
is the actual category ID for Uncategorized
. You would only change it from 1
if the category ID is not 1
.

I logged in and the db seems perfect. I corrected the category counts. But I see there are 512 entries assigned to Companies and 1616 entries assigned to Properties for a total of 2128 entries.
I’d be willing to import the remaining CSV files for you so I can figure out why they are not importing for you.
