ParticipantI’ve been using this plugin and several add-ons for awhile now with success. I’m very frustrated with my current problem. I’ve been attempting uploads of CSV files formatted correctly (based on template) for the last hour.
I tried reinstalling the Connections plugin, as well as the import add-on. When I upload data, it appears to load (the progress bar takes some time to progress, and there are no errors). It gives a successfully uploaded notice. However, when you go the Manage section there is no data there. None.
I attempted this complete re-upload after attempting to simply update existing entries. I noticed that the new data was not updating current entries at all, so I deleted all entries hoping that a fresh upload of updated data would work.
Here’s a link to the page where these entries should display:
http://nacac.gocopilot.org/connect/parent-group/I also uploaded the file that I’d like to upload to the website. This is one of two that I’ve attempted to upload. The other is a backup that I took of the old data just in case. So that was an unaltered file, taken directly from the database.
Thanks for your help with this. I have bought the necessary licenses and that’s all current and up to date.

Ok, I see a couple issues…
The CSV file has broken character encoding. What app are you using to edit the CSV file? I recommend either Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc.
What I am not really clear on is if you are trying to update existing entries or import into a new directory…
- If you are trying to update. The Entry ID column is empty, those values need to exist.
- If you trying to import into a new directory, delete all those empty columns from the CSV file.
Hope that helps, let me know.
