ParticipantHello,
We’ve recently purchased the pro add-on pack and cMap template, hoping to create a business directory on our wordpress website. The functionality looks great, just what we were after but I’m currently having an issue with the CSV importer.
I’m working locally on my machine, running WordPress 3.5.1 (may or may not be the issue) and Connections 0.7.3.7 and when I go to import my CSV file the dashboard goes blank and the plugin appears to stop working. Right after clicking on the ‘map’ button.
The URL freezes on http://localhost:8888/bba/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connections_csv&action=get_headers
Help with this would be much appreciated as your plugin would do EXACTLY what we want it to do (for some reason I couldn’t post in the paid support forum despite being logged in and a registered buyer of the plugins) If you need any extra information or screenshots please could you reply to this post or contact me directly on dan@dualcreative.co.uk
Thanks in advance.

KeymasterI’ve removed the multiple comments that were in moderation. We’ll keep the conversation here in the forum. Thanks!
Can you please check your local server error logs? To see if there were any errors reported. Also, make sure your local setup has sufficient memory assigned to PHP in the php.ini file. Ensure that the Apache [?] server tmp folder is set with the correct write permissions.

ParticipantThanks for your reply,
I think it was a local issue as I have now uploaded the files to a test server and everything works fine: CSV import, the lot.
It may be that the problem was exclusive to my machine however it might be worth noting that this issue may occur when working locally using MAMP.
Thanks again for a great plugin.

KeymasterGood to know. The CSV Import is currenlty being completely rebuilt so, maybe that’ll clear up what ever issue that may have been causing the problem.
