Sorry, I can not answer that, completely. What I can tell you is that the image that prompts for a open/save box is 302 redirected from Cloudflare to Amazon S3 and the header of the redirect says it’s a file attachment; that will cause the open/save box. The image that opens in the browser window, it is loaded straight from S3. Why are they served differently? There is not a way for me to answer that, sorry.

GuestHI, I’m having the same issue with regards to importing a csv file. Only a small number of records get imported. I too don’t have access to the server to update the .htaccess file or php.ini. Is there a work around?

Yes, there is another solution. I’m actually putting on the finishing touches on the next update for the CSV Import that should completely eliminate import issues due to web host restrictions. On Friday I tested an import of a CSV file which contained nearly 11,000 records on a shared webhost account the very limited resources without a hitch.
If you can verify the email address you used to make the purchase, I will forward you an advanced copy immediately.

I couldn’t find a purchase under that address…
(I removed it from the reply to keep it from getting scrapped)11/11/2013 at 1:59 pm #273377BDXAdmin
Guestokay, then I must have used my personal email when I made the purchase. That’s the email that I entered in the “Mail” field above (I’d rather not publish it). thanks
