GuestHi,
I’ve been using the CSV Importer and everything’s working except for the Facebook section. I’ve tried using several different CSV files, but they’re all having the same problem.
This problem only occurs with the importer, when I manually add the Facebook URL there’s no problems.
Any help is appreciated.

I can’t replicate this. Can I have a copy of the CSV file you’re using so i can see if I can replicate this?

GuestHi Steve,
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
Here’s the URL of one of the files we’ve uploaded (as I said in my previous message, we’ve uploaded multiple files, but they all have the same problem.):

Thanks, I downloaded it and and test it to see what the issue might be.

Hmmm, I took your CSV and imported and the Facebook links imported just fine. Which version of Connections and the CSV Import Extension do you have installed?

GuestHi Steven,
With that particular file, it was Connections Version 0.7.7 and CSV Import Extension Version 0.8.
We’ve tried other files using Connections Version 0.7.6.6 and CSV Import Extension Version 0.8, but we had the same problem then too.

Ahhh, that explains it. version .9 released 2/2012 fixed that issue. I didn’t realize you had a prior version.

GuestHi Steven
Where am I able to download version 0.9, I’ve logged into my account, but when I try and download connections-csv.zip, it just re-downloads version 0.8?

How odd, the zip for the import was for .8, I reuploaded the .9 so it should be available for download now.
