Ok, I’m not going to make any changes because I do not know why this was done…
When I edit the member directory page, I get the Divi Builder. That’s fine. When I edit the Text block… I expect to find the [connections] shortcode. Instead, what I find is the actual HTML the shortcode would output on the page on the site’s frontend.
Is there a reason this was done?
The shortcode needs to be on the page in order for the links to be correctly interpreted by the shortcode. Since there is no shortcode on the page, the links are not going to do anything.
