ParticipantHello!
After paying for it we are testing the Contact extension… we are using a minimified Default Entry Card as directory list, and Bio Entry Card as individual template…When I activate the plugin extension emails are not show in individual items, but… neither contact form is shown! :-C
I see Bio Entry Card as compatible here: http://connections-pro.com/add-on/contact/
What can be wrong? where to check?
Best regards!

The Contact extension is indeed compatible with the Bio Entry Card template.
Did you go to the Connections : Settings admin page and enable it in the Single Entry Content Block section under the Display tab?

ParticipantOhhhh, it was that! :-( and :-D
Is that mentioned in the install steeps? I do not remember to read it…
BTW, now that I can see it… strings Email Entry
First Name:Last Name:Name:Email address:Subject:Message:
Are hardcoded? it should show them in the wp language?03/16/2015 at 5:23 pm #323094Steven Zahm
Keymaster@ Luciano
Yep, it is in the installation instructions:
https://connections-pro.com/documentation/extention/contact-installation-instructions/The strings are not hard coded, you’ll have to translate the plugin in whatever your language is. The POT file is included so you can do this. You would use the Poedit to do this.
If you translate Contact, if you send me the translated MO and PO files I will be more than happy to include it that way it is not lost during plugin updates.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantThanks a lot Steven!
I have translated it to spanish, but I am not sure if the file properties are ok (you know, the internal language specifications, file name, etc…)
Where can I send the files?03/24/2015 at 1:11 pm #324366Steven Zahm
Keymaster**@ **
The the PO file should be named:
connections_contact-es_ES.php
for Spanish (Spain) and the MO and PO file should be copied to this folder:../wp-content/plugins/connections-contact/languages/
To send me the file, change
.po
to.txt
and attach it to a reply here in the forum. Click the Choose File button to attach it. Thanks!03/24/2015 at 1:23 pm #324367Luciano Ferrer
ParticipantOh, here it is… but it is a .pot file the one you shared in the plugin file
