Is there any way to add a header above the data entry form so that it will ONLY show up when the user is on the submit page? I want to include instructions for the submitter but don’t want to show them on the general listing page. They are irrelevant to someone who is browsing the directory. And even though it appears to be presented on a “sub” page called submit, I can’t find that page in the pages listing in order to have any control over what shows up there.
I posted in the wrong forum. This should be in the “FORM” section. Apologies.
Are you familiar with WordPress actions and filter hooks at all? This can be done using those but doing so will requires a little bit of basic PHP knowledge. If you are up to it, I can give some direction. Let me know.
That would be a bit of a stretch for me, but I’ve figured out an acceptable alternative by adding a pop-up generator and placing the instructions in there when a user clicks to add their listing. That will also keep me from having to futz with anything when updates arrive. So, at this point maybe just an idea for future development? Thanks very much Steven.
Sounds like a decent way of implementing it!

re: Of course, I have no idea what a “private reply” means in the context of this forum. :)
Means only I and the poster can see it if the poster was logged in when they made it private. If the poster was not logged in, then only I can see it.
