    Hi Steven,

    Been a while since I’ve been on, but I’ve Installed Connections on a new site, and the Siteshot add-on.

    I am not using the previously purchased cmap template as I’m not sure if I need that at the moment.

    Not sure if i am asking this in the right forum either, or whether I need to purchase a license for support, and if so, not sure which I need to buy.

    I have got as far as installing Connections, and then Siteshot.

    It’s Multisite Install and I have Network Activated both (tried single site activation, but that didn’t work either)

    The problem is that the siteshot is not displaying.

    I have used the shortcode:

    On the following page:

    Just wondered if you had any thoughts on this please?

    Hi again,

    Just a little update, I Network deactivated the plugins as the individual pages of the listings were 404’ing

    So not I have both plugins activated just on the site in questions, but the Siteshot is still no displaying here:

    Currently, SiteShot only support the premium templates sold here, not the free core templates that come with the plugin.
