GuestHi There,
I want to purchase a couple of extensions and templates but when I try to checkout I get a message saying your security cert is not trusted.
Really need to get the CSV upload extension, any idea when this will be resolved?
Many thanks,
Elin

Very, odd! I’ve been getting purchases all morning. At what point do you get the error and in what browser? PayPal or Credit Card?
I just tried a couple browsers, adding an item or two to the cart and it went to the checkout page just fine but that is as far as I went. Do you get the error after clicking the purchase button?

GuestThanks for getting back to me.
I’ve just tied again, Safari and Chrome (mac), same issue with both. The error comes in when I click on checkout, I don’t even get to choosing a payment method.
Can send you screenshot of responses if it helps

Hmmm… looks like I need to fire up my Mac mini and give it a try. I’ll get back to you soon. fyi, I do not get this on Windows.

Well, I just tried on my Mac mini with the latest Chrome and whatever version of Safari that comes with Mavericks and I didn’t have an issue with the cert. I’ll update it to Yosemite and give that a try. What version of OSX are you on? Maybe it is a configuration issue with your Trust Store.

GuestHi,
All sorted! tried again this morning and worked fine, no security cert issue, so managed to purchase CSV import plugin, many thanks!
For ref, I was using OSX 10.10 and then also tried it on one of my older machines OSX 10.6.8 and had the same issue. All was fine when I tried today, so guess it was a temporary issue.
