GuestHello,
We recently renewed and paid for our connections plugin license so that we could upgrade to the newest version, and once we upgraded, the page we use it on displayed blank white in the content area. We have since restored our website to the old version so that our website remains functional while we investigate this issue. I was going to paste our system information from the tools tab of your plugin but realized that may be a security concern since this is a public forum.
Suffice it to say, according to your plugin documentation, our website is compatible with the latest Connections plugin update, the reccomendations being WordPress version 4.5.3 or higher (we are 4.9.1) and PHP version 5.4 or higher (we are 5.6.37).
Please advise and thank you,
Cliff

Sorry to hear you had trouble updating!
A tip, if this should occur in the future, as the results of any plugin update, including Connections, do this instead:
WordPress 4.9.1 was release nearly 1.5yrs ago… I very highly recommend upgrading to at least 4.9.8 as there were several very important/critical security updates included in those updates.
Back to the issue you experienced…
In what order did you upgrade? Did you upgrade Connections first and then the addons? Or, are you running and older version of Connections and then tried to update the addons? If it was the latter, the issue you experienced could occur as I do not test or support past versions of Connections, only the latest. So, addons only support the latest version of Connections.
I hope this helps, let me know.

GuestThanks for the quick reply.
To answer your question:
I upgraded the addons and everything continued to work great. The last step was upgrading the connections plugin itself, which caused the issue. The only out-of-date plugin that exists currently on our WP installation is your connections plugin.
I will try upgrading WP and disabling plugins to see if this helps!
Please let me know if you need my system info for more information, or if you have any other suggestions based on the new info I’ve presented here. Thanks so much again.

Have you implemented any code snippets using the Code Snippet plugin that use Connections related features? If you have, you might have to deactivate code the Code Snippets plugin first.
Which addon do you have and which are active and which are not active?
