    Hi;

    Made a fresh wordpress installation 3.5. Using basic template ‘twenty twelve’ theme to test the connections plugin.

    Followed the installation instructions. Created a connection entry,  created a test page. set the settings to the test page. entered the shortcode in the test page. Nothing happens. Tried using the following suggestions. Still cannot get it to work.  I have also purchased full bundle, but testing basics first. Please help. Site is http://www.eastafricanbusiness.com/business/test1/.

    Nothing is appearing. Using default template. Entry is public. I really dont understand what is going wrong? tried the following as well. Thanks, Spaceman1

    It doesn’t appear that the Connections plugin is active. Can you double check that? Also, make sure you have version 0.7.3.4 installed. I just released it moments ago.

    connections plugin was active. But 0.7.3.4 fixed whatever was going wrong.

    Maybe I just happened to visit when you had Connections deactivated. Any way, good to hear the issue is resolved for you.

    Could you explain how it doesn’t work and share a link so I can take a look? Also, first, please update to version 0.7.3.5 to see if what ever your issue is, is resolved.

    Hi Steven,

    It seems there is a problem with Tile and Tile Plus templates in the latest release of connection plugin Version 0.7.3.5. The layout does not display properly with both Tile templates. I have removed and reinstalled the Tile Templates. Still not working. Other templates look ok.  link ‘www.eastafricanbusiness.com/directory’

    It looks like it is fine. It’s just that the Medium Image settings are not within the template’s requirements:

    Medium Image size MUST be set to:
    Width: 80px
    Height: 120px [or smaller]
    NOTE: If images have already been uploaded in a different size they will need to be uploaded again after the image settings are applied to be compliant with this template.

    Hi;

    works perfect when i activate the other premium templates like cmap, slim. I will those instead. I still have concerns about the tiles template. Thanks for great support!
