    We just recently updated to 0.8.3 and now connections is not displaying. In fact it seems to be preventing the rest of the page including the footer from displaying as well. We’re using this shortcode [connections category="3"] as we always have. Do you know why it would stop working?

    You need to update the template, the version you have is an older version. You can download it via your purchase history. If you do not know your login, you can reset it with the forgot password link. You user name is your email address.

    The version of the template you have is a legacy style template, be sure to carefully follow the update installation instructions.
