GuestHi there.
The images for “connections” will not load. It just shows the little “loading” wheel, but the images won’t display.
I have recently updated the plugin.
(I have not recently installed any other plugins)
I have also tried viewing the site in a private browser window, but still the images will not load.
PLease can someone assist me I really love this plugin

I just visited the link, the images are loading for me, except for Johan Bester, which doesn’t seem to have an image at all.

I am having the same issue. Pics that used to load prior to the latest update now just show the loading wheel. My page is http://www.hilltopmontessori.com/meet-faculty/ and if you visit, you’ll need to scroll down and click on one of the categories to expand it.
When I go into Connections > Manage to view the individual entries, all is well. I see the photos. I even re-saved some of the entries, but that did not help. When I use Inspect Element in Chrome to look at the code details of the spinning loading wheel, I see the correct link for the photos.
Could this be a javascript conflict or something like that? I am at version 0.7.3.7 of Connections and 3.5.1 for WordPress.

It seems there is an error in the JavaScript for TN3 Gallery. The error will cause any script that comes after not to run. Not that this a solution to the error, since the error will still be present, go to the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab, check the JavaScript box and save. This will move the JavaScript for Connections before the error so it can run. Hope that helps.

GuestThank you so much! I was able to fix the .js error and the problem is indeed fixed. I appreciate you debugging that for me. I am learning something new every day. Your response made me set out to find the error console and find the same error info. I will pass it along to TN3.
