ParticipantMy licenses for the Pro Pack are up to date, but two of the add-ons say “There is a new version of Connections Form available.” When I click to “Update now” I get “Update Failed: Plugin update failed.”
The plugins are activated, and there is no message that a license key is needed.
The plugins are Connections Form and Connections Market – Template.
Connections itself and my other installed add-ons are up to date.
What’s the problem, and how do I fix it?
Thanks,
Robinton

Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Licenses tab. Are the license keys for both Form and Market activated? If not. Add the license keys if they are not they and activate them. Does that fix it?

ParticipantSteven.
Thank you — but unfortunately, that didn’t fix it. On the Connections / Settings / Licenses tab, both plugins said, “License is not active on this site.”
When I click on the Activate button, the message changes to “License activation limit has been reached.”
But this is the only site any of my Connections plugins have ever been installed on.
Thanks,
Robinton

I do see that most of the items in the Pro Pack are activated on the same site. I will not say the site in this reply in case it is supposed to be private. You can manage the site items are registered to on your Purchase History page under the Licenses tab. What I’ll do is manually deactivate both Form and Market that way they can be activated on your site again. Let me know if that fixes it.

ParticipantSteven,
That worked. I’m all set now.
Thank you!

Good to hear! I do see that they are activated on a different domain that they were originally. That would explain the error you were getting when trying to activate them again. The original domina being we*****.ws/*******.net. Perhaps that was a staging or development domain.

ParticipantSteven,
Yes, that’s it exactly. I’d forgotten that we began development of the site on a staging domain. Your plugins have only been used on this site — but the site itself started elsewhere then moved to its own domain.
I apologize for the confusion, and appreciate your help.
Thanks!
