    Greetings,

    A previous member registered as a new member, but she had a previous member directory entry. Can I connect her user profile to her previous member directory entry?

    Sounds like when the user registered their email addresses did not match so they were not linked. On the Connections : Manage admin page, Copy the existing entry, change the email address to match the WP User account email and and then delete the source entry. The next time the user logs in, they will be linked to the new directory entry and will be able to maintain it.
