ParticipantHi Steven,
Thanks for answering my questions so promptly yesterday.
I am wondering if there is a conflict with the Stockholm theme? When your plugin is active, my menu frequently doesn’t work. If I enter the page name manually, I can get to it, but not by using the menu. Once I get into the site and start using it, then the menu works fine. I have deactivated all my plugins individually and that hasn’t made a difference to the problem. When I deactivate the theme and activate another one, I don’t have this problem. Is there a fix for this?
Thanks,

If you can give me a temp admin and ftp login I can take a look. The details can be posted here as a private reply.

ParticipantHi Steven,
I was wondering if you’ve had any luck finding the conflict with the Stockholm theme?

Sorry, I did not see that you had replied back with log details.
These details were not posted as private so were available for all to see … you’ll want to change those logins details ASAP and send me new one, as private.

So… I visited again and I was not able to duplicate any issues with the page not loading. Have you been able to?
I did re-enable the Google Maps API in Connections and add the directory URL to the theme’s animation exclusion list so the template would display correctly. The way the theme handles the transition animation any plugins which dynamically load scripts in the page footer will be broken. Perhaps that was the issue, however, I was not able to duplicate page loading issue prior to making these two small settings changes.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantI’m still having issues with it. The site is fine once you get into it the first time, but when I first pull the page up I can’t access the menu. If I type in one of the pages manually, then the site is fine from there on out.

Could you give the exact steps that I can follow to replicate? I spent an hour this morning typing links and clicking links in different orders and the pages always loaded.
You said “when I first pull the page up I can’t access the menu.” how exactly are you pulling up the first page?
Perhaps your browser is displaying a locally cached “old version” version of the page instead. Try force refreshing the page in your browser.

ParticipantWhen I log onto Chrome I type LimaBuildingTrades.com into my browser. I click on the menu. Nothing. No spinning circle. Just nothing. I have cleared my cache, logged on incognito. Tried it on my desktop, iPad, and iPhone, and I get the same thing every time.
