ParticipantHi, I am getting intermittent warnings when a form is submitted that was created with formidable pro
Form is here: http://www.ohpropertygroup.com/contact/property-brief/
Warnings created by connections are in the attached screenshot.
Connections is actually disabled on this page using Plugin Oragnizer
As I say the warning is intermittent, I can’t reproduce it myself but am having a number of complaints of happening to people submitting the form.
Any help would be appreciated :)

The open_basedir issue is being caused by your web hosts configuration. The solution I gave in this post will fix the issue.
The specific files you’ll need to delete are:
It is just a simple text file so it is safe to delete.
../wp-content/plugins/connections/templates/~README.txt/These are security related, used to prevent public access. It is a legacy folder that is no longer used, as of version 8.1, so they’re safe to delete.
../wp-content/connections_templates/.htaccess
../wp-content/connections_templates/index.php10/27/2014 at 1:50 pm #308225Paul Littlewood
ParticipantMany thanks Steven, I’ve gone ahead and deleted the files. Will I need to delete again when I update connections?

The readme file will need to be deleted on updates, not the others.
