I’m adding Form to one of my directories and in the form’s landing page I’m seeing code in the fields.
WP: 4.0 (Although the error was also in 3.9)
Connections: 2.0.209/08/2014 at 4:39 pm #303121
This likely is being caused by a plugin conflict … but extremely difficult to say for sure. Can I get a temp admin account so I can see the issue firsthand. If that’s not possible, the only other thing that can be done is to deactivate all plugins except Connections and Form, then activate them one at a time until the issue returns. When it does, the last plugin activated is cause the issue. Please let me know what you find out.09/11/2014 at 3:09 pm #303678This reply has been marked as private.09/23/2014 at 10:25 am #304867
Just checking to see if you’ve had a chance to look at this conflict? I know we’re getting closer to site launch and would hate to have to find a plan B at this point.09/24/2014 at 10:34 am #304981

Sorry, no, I did not look. I apologize as I missed your reply. I activated NextGen Gallery on my test site and Form still functions fine. So may there is a specific setting or perhaps an extension plugin that your using for NextGen Gallery which is the actual source of the problem.
You gave the user/pass … but not the login URL for the site in question so I don’t really know where to login and check.
If you posts private reply, please post a follow-up non-private reply so I get notified of your reply, thanks!09/25/2014 at 8:36 am #305137
Yea, the URL is kinda important isn’t it.
Standard WP login URLs once you get there.09/25/2014 at 10:00 am #305147
Hmmm, that was the link I guessed at yesterday, from your profile. However, when I try to login, I get the invalid username/password error.09/25/2014 at 11:09 am #305152This reply has been marked as private.09/25/2014 at 11:09 am #305153

I still get the user/pass error. When I access the url directly I am redirected to here:
Maybe you have some IP filtering???
