ParticipantIs it possible for the logo to be the primary image, then siteshot to be the fallback?
Alternatively, is there a way to have both the logo and the siteshot to be included on the cmap card?

I haven’t tested it, but I can not think of a reason that it would not work. Try this shortcode and let me know how it goes.
[connections image_fallback=siteshot]

ParticipantIt didn’t seem to work. An example of that page can be found here:

If you scroll down to Dave’s independent Auto Glass, he has a website but no logo.

Hmmm, I just tested it and it does work like I thought it would for me. What’s the exact shortcode you’re using?

ParticipantSorry for the late reply. The shortcode I had used was this:
[connections image_fallback=siteshot]
What it would do was use the logo, and should the logo not exist, it would not use the siteshot as the fallback. It would simply be blank. I inspected the code and the “cn-left” div was empty.
I’ve since created my own variation to cMap so it has both the logo and the website should either of them contains a value.

Which version of SiteShot and Market? I just tested it again on the latest versions to make sure.

Well, that doesn’t seem to make sense. Can I get a temp admin account so I can take a closer look?

Sigh! It works for me … because … I have an update to SiteShot that I didn’t release. Guess I forgot to. The update was a single change, to allow it to be used as a fallback image. Sorry, for the trouble. I knew I made the change, but I could have sworn I released it a while ago.
Any way, I made the change to the copy of SiteShot on your site and verified that it does work as intended. So you can use if you wish.
Again, apologies!
